Wayne, my thoughts are with you and your family. It really broke my heart when I'd heard that you had been ill and sadly passed away. It was a pleasure having met you and getting to know you as we arranged your Mum's service and memorial. It meant a lot to me to be able to help with your funeral and say goodbye as you set off on your last journey.
